That’s the most common starting point here. Repeated tension and adhesive removal stress the follicle, which is exactly the layer peptides act on. Give it the full twelve weeks with no lash tension on top, and let each new lash come in under better conditions than the last one did.
Is it safe with contacts, lash lifts, or mascara
Apply to a clean, dry lash line at night with contacts already out, and put mascara on in the morning over the top. It sits fine alongside a lift or tint. Just keep it as the last step at night with nothing layered over it.

Cancelled my fill for the first time in two years
I was in that chair every three weeks and honestly I only kept going because what was underneath looked awful. Started this under my last set, stretched to four weeks, then five. Took the set off at week ten and I didn’t panic. That’s new.
